- Use the GatE AI Career Pathing Tool to generate personalised green career routes.
- Support exploration of green entrepreneurship pathways for women in GET.
- Navigate EU funding schemes, legal frameworks, and mentorship networks in the green sector.
- Develop a gender-responsive career guidance portfolio aligned with local labour market needs.
