  4. Practice inclusive communication using AI-supported guidance scenarios and reflection tools.
  5. Use the GatE AI Career Pathing Tool to generate personalised green career routes.
  6. Support exploration of green entrepreneurship pathways for women in GET.
  7. Navigate EU funding schemes, legal frameworks, and mentorship networks in the green sector.
  8. Develop a gender-responsive career guidance portfolio aligned with local labour market needs.
